Annual Sponsorship
To be used At AIGA’s discretion for expenses incurred during one year (two consecutive seasons: fall and spring)

- Logo and Annual Sponsor designation on footer of front page of AIGA Philadelphia’s website
- One page under Sponsorship section of AIGA Philadelphia’s website with up to 750 characters describing your company, with your company’s logo and link to your company’s website
- Free table at that year’s INDEX: a designer’s resource guide
- Acknowledgement at the beginning of each event where logo is featured (for events with introduction from AIGA Philadelphia)
- Invitation for up to four people to attend our events throughout the year (not including the Fellows Award)
- Opportunity to place promotional material in Fellows Award grab bag (on years when a Fellow is awarded)
- Exclusivity agreement. Competing companies won’t be allowed to participate as a sponsor for regular programming (New to You, Spring Lecture Series, AIGA Philadelphia Lectures, Feedback, INDEX, Membership/Kick-off Party, Happy Hours, Fellows Award; does not include special initiatives, competitions, Adobe lectures, Breakfast Club or cosponsored events). In-kind donations or INDEX vendors do not fall under this exclusive agreement. Competition must be clearly stated at the time of Annual Partnership agreement.
- Opportunity to state “Official Partner of AIGA Philadelphia” on your company’s promotional material during the year of partnership.
- Opportunity to briefly address our membership during our Membership/
Kick-off party.
- Opportunity to host one social gathering each season (Spring/Fall) for our membership (membership list won’t be released to the sponsor, AIGA Philadelphia will provide mailing list directly to mailing house)
- Opportunity to send a letter to our membership informing them of your partnership with AIGA Philadelphia (membership list won’t be released to the sponsor, AIGA Philadelphia will provide mailing list directly to mailing house)

- Special initiatives have their own sponsorship packages.
- Promotional materials and discounts to our membership do not constitute in-kind donations and are only possible in conjunction with monetary donations. Promotional materials can only be distributed for levels stated above that indicate such benefit; discounts to our membership are acceptable for all levels.
- AIGA Philadelphia never releases its membership list. AIGA Philadelphia does all promotion of AIGA Philadelphia’s events.
- Special levels/agreements can be evaluated on a case-to-case basis as long as they don’t conflict with the current sponsorship structure. It is at the discretion of AIGA Philadelphia’s Sponsorship Chair and/or Board of Directors to evaluate each case.
- Cosponsored events are evaluated on a case-to-case basis by the AIGA Philadelphia board
